HOW TO USE

Use this easy to maneuver brush in a circular motion gentle but firm, long sweeping strokes starting at the bottom of your feet or ankles, working your way up toward your heart. Your brush strokes should go toward the center of your body. Use a clockwise, circular motion when brushing your stomach. The brush should be dry on dry skin, starting with soft brush strokes, working up to stronger brush strokes.

After you dry body brush, follow up with your shower and then a moisturizer to lock in all your hard work. You can do this daily or as desired, once you start dry body brushing, you'll wish you had heard of it long ago!

A body brushing ritual should typically last around 3-5 minutes.

BODY BRUSH CARE

Sisal Body Brush:

After each body brushing, lightly run your palms over the bristles to remove any remaining skin particles left on the brush.
Wash the brush with warm water and a gentle soap or natural antiseptic, such as a tea tree oil solution. Don’t soak and leave the whole brush in water.
Rinse the brush, then shake out or pad excess water into a towel.
Hang it from the cord to ensure the bristles are pointing down whilst drying
Do not leave your brush in water or a damp environment for extended periods to prevent the development of fungus or mold.

Tip: You can make an antibacterial spray solution with water and tea tree essential oil, and periodically spray the brush with the solution to keep it optimally clean.
